Kerala experiences severe monsoons, so our sports turf sub-bases incorporate laser-leveled gradients (0.5% - 0.8%), subterranean herringbone perforated PVC pipes wrapped in non-woven geotextile fabric, and graded crushed granite stone aggregates (40mm, 20mm, 6mm dust). Surface water filters vertically through the permeable turf backing in seconds, preventing any standing puddles.

Standard commercial formats include:

• 5-a-side Football Turf: Minimum 80x50 ft; Ideal 90x60 ft to 100x65 ft.
• 7-a-side Football Turf: 130x90 ft to 150x100 ft.
• 11-a-side Full Pitch: 300x180 ft to 345x225 ft.

A regulation pickleball court playing area is 20 x 44 ft (6.10 x 13.41 m). The recommended total enclosed area with perimeter run-off is 30 x 60 ft (9.14 x 18.28 m). We construct pickleball courts over asphalt or concrete slabs finished with multi-coat textured acrylic systems that provide true bounce, skid resistance, and vibrant contrasting kitchen zones.

Cricket practice nets are linear training lanes (typically 66 to 80 ft long by 10 to 12 ft wide) enclosed in high-strength box netting, engineered specifically for batting and bowling drills with true bounce. Full cricket turfs include multi-pitch central wickets surrounded by outfield grass, practice bowling nets, and boundary fencing.

Yes. We design customized rooftop sporting arenas. Rooftop projects require specialized civil considerations, including structural load-bearing checks, specialized lightweight shock-pad drainage mats, anti-vibration damping, high perimeter containment netting, and weather-sealed anchor fixings.

We install commercial-grade asymmetric LED sports floodlights (typically 150W to 400W fixtures) mounted on 8-meter to 12-meter galvanized steel poles. Our lighting designs deliver 150 to 350 Lux uniform ground illumination with minimal glare, ensuring high visibility for evening play while maintaining low power consumption.

High-quality UV-stabilized synthetic turf has an operational lifespan of 6 to 10+ years depending on footfall. Regular maintenance involves periodic triangular brush grooming to keep grass fibers upright, de-compacting and replenishing silica sand and SBR rubber infill, and clearing surface organic debris.
