3. Engineering Execution & Site Feasibility

While HATCO implements industry-leading drainage, synthetic turf, and court construction methods, final structural performance depends on local soil stabilization, municipal setback approvals, and appropriate site access for machinery.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes or legal inquiries arising out of website usage or initial consultations are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala, India.
